German Characters Missing - Beta 3.26.92D.38303.t0.8611.ENSP

Missing: ö, ä,ü - Ö, Ä, Ü

Swype says I have the latest version installed.

hold the a/o/u key and you get a popup with those characters
or just type/swype the word as if it was a a/o/u, swype will recognize the word

This is no solution as it was available before!
I had to reflash my ROM and now the keyboard layout is different from the version (or versions) before.

The last layout I had for German language included these characters!
It is more difficult to long-tap.

Don't know what changed but the German dictionary is bad at the moment...

I myself prefer the newer solution (as you can just swype over a/o/u) instead of having the ä/ö/ü as single keys like it was in older versions.

I hated those öäü keys. I never type anything but always swipe and with that the umlaut keys were just annoying as they decreased the size of all other keys and also you had to distinguish between even more chars.

What's your usecase for which you need those keys? If you type instead of swiping maybe Swype isn't the keyboard for you.

Dictionary isn't connected to those keys at all, so no idea what you mean there.
