View Full Version : Move Setting into Swype App

when compare to swiftkey, to exit swype, it takes more work because you have to tap swype to get to globe. that is two hit or one long swype. Unlike swiftkey, the globe is just one tap and you are onto other installed keyboard. you can do away with the setting selection within swype button and move it into swype app IMO. just less clutter. it's not needed there, as user don't enter setting all that much once it's set. like wise for number pad. not useful for me and have not used it. lastly like many have agree. switch number key with swype key to keep it consistent with default iphone keyboard.

Hey xyzhunter,

We really appreciate the request. We are currently investigating a change to our settings for future versions of Swype. For the near term, we will be keeping the layout mostly the same.

This would eliminate so many Emoji complaints, as it would be super simple to switch between keyboards now.
