View Full Version : Retreive password doesn't work.

Hey there guys,

I've tried to log in a couple of times today into myswype. I'm pretty sure I have the right password entered but nothing seems to work. So when I try to reset my password it tells me an email is send with the reset link. But the email I retreive is an email that only says "Thanks for registering! We will email you as soon as we re-open the Swype Beta." and there's no link or whatsoever to reset my password.

How can this be?

The message you're receiving indicates that your account hasn't been accepted into the beta yet. Most likely, you registered after the beta was already closed to new users. You won't be able to change your password until your account has been activated for participation in the beta. Please keep an eye on your email, as we'll notify you automatically once that has happened. Thanks!
