I had to do a hard reset on my phone and now I can't input my password even though I know it's correct. I also get a message saying the app is configured on another phone. Please help!

First: Reset your password by logging into beta.swype.com

Thanks, Robert. I get this message now: The ID of this device does not match your registration at beta.swype.com.

Submit an ESN reset ticket through the InfoDesk. I believe you know the drill. Just give us your email and ESN (IMEI or MEID) number on the device.

Robert, I submitted a ticket, but haven't heard back from anyone. Is there some further action I need to take or just wait? Thanks for your help!

Brian told me he was working through those tickets a while ago. After I finish catching up on the threads I'll see if anything is left unattended tonight.
