View Full Version : Can't create a Beta account

I signed up for Swype beta (a while ago) so that I could be notified when Swype was once again available. Ever since I signed up on my phone, I haven't been able to log into my account at all. When I click "I forgot my password", I am sent a "Thanks for registering" email instead of a password reset. However, when I tried to re-sign up, Swype.com told me that my email address was already in use. Could an admin delete my account and allow me to re-sign up, or am I doing something wrong?

Based off your forum email I see that you are currently registered for the beta; However have not yet been included due to capacity issues. Deleting your account and recreating it would send you to the back of the line. I don't think that's what you'd want :)

You'll be notified once the beta capacity is expanded so we can include you. You'll then be able to log in, or reset your password if needed at that time.
