I had to change my phone (due to it breaking) and ever since then i cannot use swype on my phone. I sent an email to you guys but never got a response :( help would be much appreciated.

Yes, we'll need more information. If that's not the error you're seeing, please see our "HOW-TO get BETA help" thread for instructions on what information we'll need in order to help. Please make sure you tell us EXACTLY what's going wrong. Detailed step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce your issue are best.
